Terminalia arjuna, commonly known as arjuna, belongs to the family of Combretaceae. Its bark decoction is being used in the Indian subcontinent for ages.
Ayurveda recommends consuming arjuna tea bark in winters by all age groups. It is an ayurvedic remedy that has been mentioned since the vedic period in many ancient Indian medicinal texts including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Astang Hridayam It was Vagabhatta who, for the first time, advocated the use of stem bark powder in heart ailments.
Arjuna bark has various medicinal properties like antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial. Arjuna bark helps reduce the risk of heart diseases. It strengthens and tones the heart muscles and helps in the proper functioning of the heart. It also helps support the body to fight with daily life stress, blood pressure, and cholesterol and help strengthen bones. Arjuna bark also has anti-cancer properties and is widely consumed in ayurveda.
Apart from internal consumption, the external application of Arjuna bark helps manage various skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, itching, and rashes.

Care Instructions
Our products are all natural and do not contain any preservatives, stabilisers, anti caking agents,and fillers. They need your care and attention.
Store the products away from wet and damp places, and as soon as you receive, transfer the contents into an airtight jar(with screw lid) and use a dry spoon to scoop the product. Do not use wet spoon or wet hands.
Alternatively, you can place the product packets in a big air tight box or any big cover and secure the ends tight and transfer them .
Usage Instructions
How to make arjuna bark tea?
Add 1/2 to 1tsp of arjuna bark tea in a glass of water, boil till water reduces to half the quantity(milk, sugar, cinnamon are optional), strain, drink.
Note : To be consumed post meals and not more than 1/2 tsp once a day.
How to make arjuna bark face pack?
Anti-pigmentation mask
- 1tsp of Arjuna bark powder
- 1tsp milk
- 1tsp of wild turmeric.
Make a smooth paste, apply evenly on the face and neck for 5-10 minutes and then rinsed off with normal water. This anti-pigmentation mask can be used 1-3 times a week.
Additionally, applying a mix of the powders of Arjuna bark and Manjistha root with honey over the face helps to diminish dark spots and pigmentation.
You can also add arjuna bark powder in your DIY face packs.
