What is solar macerated?Solar macerated is harnessing the power of the sun to bask the oil. Macerating works best when done in gentle heat.We follow the traditional way of doing this, which involves putting the dried plant matter and oil in an airtight container and placing it in a warm sunny location for few weeks. The sunshine will gently heat the oil and extract many of the plant's properties.
 
Solar macerated black hair oil is basked in the sun for 7-8 weeks, filtered and mixed with cold pressed black seed oil & rosemary essential oil.
 
Cold pressed coconut oil is sun macerated with herbs(like Henna, Indigo, Bhringraj, Moringa, Amla and curry leaves etc which are proven to arrest greying of hair) to help hair become strong, black, shiny, soft, lustrous and to prevent greying. Using black hair oil regularly will help arrest grey hair and promote healthy hair growth.
 
Why do we promote solar macerated oils over deep fried oil with herbs?
By solar macerating, the cold pressed oils will retain its properties, which otherwise would have been lost due to heating.
